Description

2'-Bromo-5'-methoxyacetanilide is an Elacestrant intermediate. Elacetrans has dose-dependent, tissue selective estrogen and anti estrogen activity. At low doses, they exhibit biphasic weak partial agonist activity in ER, while at high doses, they exhibit antagonistic activity. It exhibits excitatory activity on bones and antagonistic activity on breast and uterine tissues.
